  • E-paper screens may show normal characteristics such as brief flashing, ghosting, slower refresh speeds, or differences in grayscale;

  • Packaging, accessories, interfaces, software features, and product specifications may be updated without prior notice;

  • Some features may depend on compatible applications, file formats, internet access, regional availability, third-party services, or future software updates.

Images and videos on the website are provided for illustration. The product and accessories actually delivered are determined by the product description and order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices may exclude shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, bank charges, or other applicable costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless the displayed price resulted from an obvious error.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking updates.

Where applicable, customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country or region.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised period, we will provide notice and, where required by applicable law, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

You are responsible for using KairoGlo products according to the user guide, safety instructions, and intended purpose.

Do not:

  • Disassemble, puncture, crush, burn, or improperly modify the device or battery;

  • Expose the device to excessive heat, moisture, fire, or other hazardous conditions;

  • Use damaged cables, batteries, chargers, or accessories;

  • Use incompatible charging equipment or accessories;

  • Continue using a device that appears swollen, overheated, damaged, or otherwise unsafe.

KairoGlo products are consumer electronic devices and are not medical, emergency, or life-safety equipment. Information displayed or generated by the products or Services must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Software, Applications, and Updates

Certain products may require or support software, firmware, mobile applications, or third-party services.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use KairoGlo software solely with compatible KairoGlo products and for lawful personal use.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

We may release updates to improve security, compatibility, features, or performance. Certain functions may change or become unavailable after an update. You are responsible for installing updates where reasonably necessary for continued operation or security.

10. AI and Online Features

Some KairoGlo products or Services may include AI-assisted functions, transcription, content processing, synchronization, or other internet-based features.

AI-generated or automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on or sharing it.

You must not use AI or online features to process content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or submitted without the necessary rights or permissions.

Feature availability may depend on network access, language, region, device model, subscription status, or third-party service availability. We do not guarantee that every online or AI feature will remain continuously available.
